As the Managing Director of OLL Home Furnishing Pte Ltd and HOLA Construction Vietnam, I oversee the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of two companies that specialize in wood flooring projects for luxury brands and Fit Out Contractor for Commercial projects. Studied sociology and political science from National University of Singapore, I have a keen understanding of the market trends and customer needs in the industry.I started OLL in 2006 and have since delivered high-quality wood flooring solutions for clients such as Porsche Designs, Coach, Dior, Van Cleef and Arpels, and more. Despite facing some challenges and setbacks, such as the failed expansion into China and the market downturn in 2015-2018, I learnt from those experiences and rebounded by re-entering the retail market and launching HOLA Construction in Vietnam in 2022. HOLA has already worked on Bulgari and Hermes in Ho Chi Minh. 2023 also saw HOLA secured a big client in Mr DIY, responsible for their retail store construction. I also co-founded Pigeon Spaces, a healthy coworking space provider, as a side business. I am always willing to take risks and adapt to succeed.
