Overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including administration, finance, programs, and fundraising.ii. Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.iii. Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:i. Developing and manage the organization's budget in collaboration with the finance team and board.ii. Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.iii. Identify opportunities for revenue generation, cost-saving measures, and financial sustainability.FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT:i. Leading fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with major donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.ii. Developing and implementing fundraising strategies, campaigns, and events to support the organization's programs and initiatives.iii. Overseeing grant writing, donor stewardship, and major gift solicitation efforts.BOARD AND STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS:i.
