During my employment at BOKU (PhD-thesis) I achieved practical experience in the area of mol. phytopathology and nematology (plant protection). Focus lied on the evaluation of conducted experiments, including the handling of sterile cultures and molecularbiological techniques (e.g. RNA and DNA extraction, PCR, qPCR, gel electrophresis, primer design,..). Due to tutorial employments during my study, I got first experience in teaching. Furthermore, in WS2020 I got an teaching employment at BOKU in the area of laboratory diagnostics, which was focused on ELISA, RT-PCR and DNA fingerprinting of plant pathogens as Phytophtora infestans.Because of my 10 years practice as a beekeeper, I have keen knowledge in the area of apiculture including the biology of bees (espacially honeybees), as well as important parasites and pathogens. Furthermore, I gained practical experience in the production of several honey based products including honeywine, vinegar and kombucha (jun).Lastly, I bring knowledge and practical experience in the area of electronics, main tasks were the production of electronical and mechanical equipment for car crashest-facilities produced at DSD - Dr. Steffan Datentechnik, Linz.
