While working together with the Mobile Mortgage Specialists and my colleagues, I was able to complete the compliance of live deals such as mortgage refinances, purchases and loans in a very thorough and detail oriented manner. Where further compliance was necessary, I followed TD Real Estate Secured Lending policy in the confirmation of certain aspects of a deal such as an applicants income via a wide range of income documents (NOAs, T1Gs, Pay Stubs etc.) and as well the satisfying of downpayment when required.My great relationships with our partners, deep knowledge of the subject matter and my own desire to exceed expectations has been directly responsible for my success in the role.

Assisting in renovations such as housing additions, concrete pads, garages, painting, house framing, landscaping, cleaning up job areas, and other various labour duties. The supervising aspect of the job is to over see that the projects are done proper and cost efficient.

From the moment you walk in, I make it my duty to make your shopping experience as easy and informative as possible, along with giving you, the customer "The Complete Experience". My duties involve customer service, presentation of goods and providing my sales expertise in the hockey department along with wherever else it is needed throughout the store.
