Executive Support Team
CurrentAlertacall is a company that creates ingenious technology for communicating with people at risk and discovering when they need help in order to improve their lives. It recently won an accolade for innovation at the National Business Awards.As a member of the Executive Support Team, I am involved with a wide range of work to help our Executive Team connect and communicate with clients, develop the business and research new opportunities.A primary responsibility is to book appointments with Directors and Department Heads of Housing Providers for our Client Relationship Manager. Clear communication, rapport building and organisational skills are key to this role to enable meetings to be booked smoothly and successfully. I'm also involved in a number of research projects for the company, for example calling 1,000's of Housing Providers to better understand their needs and to determine whether we have products, services or consultancy which could help them meet the challenges or the market place. I'm also a presenter for the company, talking to customers in depth about our products and services to groups of up to 50 people.
