Review construction documents prepared by architects and planners for Louis Vuitton Lease Department Stores. Additionally, my responsibilities required the coordination of the final phase of construction of the Donna Karan Collection Flagship Store in New York City.

Responsible for all store development from conception to completion for an average of 30-50 new stores per year, ranging from 500-2500 square feet in size.. During my tenure, 180 retails stores and 15 regional offices were constructed on schedule and under budget; individual store cost was reduced by over 40%. Developed and implemented a new store prototype that reduced time to market and improved visual appeal. Directed architects and planners. Prepared and managed all construction budgets. Reviewed all construction documents to assure compliance to tenant and landlord criteria and local building construction codes. Worked closely with Real Estate Dept. to prepare estimates for new projects and construction timelines.

Primary responsibility was the administration of a $3 million procurement budget, which included the purchase of control room instrumentation. Duties involved negotiations with vendors and subcontractors. Additional duties included engineering on instrument calibration and loop checks on installed instrumentation.
