Subsequently, I was at the ‘sharp end’ of our acquiring organisation's growth into existing and new territories including India, China, SE Asia, Europe and the US, and have had the good fortune to have worked with some truly wonderful people.My superpower is organising and managing technology for _other people_ to use. I believe technology should be used as a force for change for the better, and I've a track record in leadership, channelling many different cultures and backgrounds to achieve that common goal. I have an especially keen interest in, and fundamental knowledge of, Machine Learning, SaaS, Internet and Cloud-based business processes. Yes, I have even written code, including interfacing to AWS Cloud data, but to aid understanding or to solve an urgent problem: it gave me new appreciation for developers. As a COO, a CTO and a CSO I've continually improved my business operational skills, including sales and retention, finance, mentoring and strategy.But it's the people - a business will achieve its full potential *only* when every member of the organization is empowered to achieve theirs. Heck, why not?
