My primary responsibility is repairing and building probe cards for E-Test. I am also responsible for assisting E-Test engineering in hand probing wafer failures to determine if the failures are real or just mis-probing. I am also responsible for performing tester system checks and some tester maintenance. I also have experience working in the photo-lithography area.

I became a Quality Assurance Technician in June of 2012 at Kionix. I was previously a FAB Operator with experience in the photo-lithography and frit application areas at Kionix from May 2010 to June 2012.

I built, repaired and maintained epoxy type probe cards with up to 600 probes and cards with up to four layers of probes. I built, repaired and maintained dual site and quad site probe cards, and probe cards with 60 micron pad pitch, both staggered and in-line. I maintained blade type and vertical type probe cards. I also have experience working in photo-lithography and etch.

I was a 63B, Light Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic. I was assigned to HHS Battery 3rd Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment in the XVIII Airborne Corps. We were a Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) unit. I served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm from August 1990 to March 1991.
