Managed Germany-wide marketing and development of three production sites in Europe. About the Company:MFJ Manufaktur GmbH has been developing and producing innovative convenience snacks for the bakery and convenience sector since 2013. As one of the first German food startups based in Munich, MFJ operated production sites in Munich, Poland, and Austria, marketing to food retail (EDEKA, etc.) and food service markets (IKEA, Transgourmet, etc.). Additionally, MFJ pioneered new baking techniques for the TO-GO snack processing industry.
