Engaging clients to know what needs to be done on the various sites,how to approach the project and presenting approximations of the costs associated with the proposed project plan.Additionally I am also charged with the following responsibilities;Determining the company’s strategic objectives and policies;Monitoring progress towards achieving the objectives and policies;Appointing senior management;Accounting for the company’s activities to relevant parties, e.g. shareholders.
