Our plant has been in continuous operation since 1964 as American Precast Concrete and then Rinker Materials. Coreslab purchased the plant in 2004. Our products and total precast concrete structures are routinely specified and used for parking structures, mixed-use, stadiums/arenas, office buildings, warehouses and all types of commercial buildings. Products are marketed and supplied throughout Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky and Illinois. The plant manufactures a full product line of double tees, columns, beams, spandrels, wall panels, stadium risers, and other custom architectural and structural precast concrete components. Our people are committed to a team approach of safely providing the highest quality products coupled with the highest level of customer service. The majority of our projects are fast track or design-build. Our sales consultants and design engineers are readily available to support owners, developers, contractors, architects, and engineers with pre-construction services.
