I specialize in recruiting Locum Psychiatrist's, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners & Physician Assistant's for temporary contracted assignments throughout the country.• Create and maintain new relationships with large number of Psychiatrists, Neurologists, Nurse Practitioners, & Physician Assistants for locum tenen assignments. • Network providers to fuel pipeline with referrals to other providers and healthcare facilities that also have staffing needs. • Create interest and present candidates to qualified listings. • Negotiate providers hourly, daily, & on call pay rates and Healthcare facilities hourly bill rates. • Problem solving and effective consultative approach. • Showcase potential candidates to Healthcare facilities and arrange interviews and obtain official offers. • Manage and a team of recruiters that I train and assist in their day to day responsibilities.
