-Act as first point of contact between the public and the Governor's office-Respond to requests, opinion calls on behalf of the Governor - Analyzed and discussed policy and legislation with the public on issues including the FY2012 Budget.-Review and process all written correspondence to the Governor-Log, track, draft and proofread responses for the Governor's signature-Issue citations acknowledging individual accomplishments to citizens-Issue proclamations to increase public awareness about important historical and societal causes- Solved constituent issues on many levels such as: health care, unemployment, housing, etc.
