Developed a combined cost-risk methodology for assessing identified options.- Led “Lights Out” autonomous operations formulation and concept design.- Led the successful implementation and commissioning of the Two-Gyro Science, One-Gyro Science, and Kalman Filter Sunpoint modes, all major development and on-orbit test efforts.
