Michael's work focuses on helping individuals and communities recover their health, vitality, and purpose. He has spent decades in the study and practice of Martial Arts, Medical Qigong, Eastern and Western philosophy, and Internal Alchemy. Over the years he has developed the CHIme Technique, a verbal and movement method that supports the integration of body and mind as a continuous and ever-changing whole. Michael has also pioneered an educational approach that helps people let go and move beyond current- state discomfort, through the conscious interaction with experience.
