In this role, I manage the team that maintains the day-to-day LMS operations for Eversprings Online Program Managed clients. At the moment I manage 11 client instances. We do everything from duplications, enrollments, advanced data reporting, and whatever else may come up for us. To do this we use Canvas, Python, Excel, and teamwork across departments.

Fox College is a small allied health college. They offer Occupational Therapy Assistant Medical Assistant, Dental Hygienist, and Veterinary Technician programs.• I provide leadership to the education department • I handle all staffing, training, and scheduling for five academic programs offer. I am the title-ix officer and faculty development specialist on staff as well. • As part of the Fox College’s student retention efforts, I run reports through Moodle, Igrade, and our Student Management System and aggregate the data to various reports in Microsoft Excel. These reports are then used to monitor student progress and grades.• Due to COVID, we had to move to Online learning and started using Moodle. In the month of April, we were able to get Moodle running at the college, and I took on the responsibilities of:• Creation of CSV files that load in our classes term to term for all five programs• Creation of CSV files that load in new students • Export grade reports to Excel for retention purposes, sort, filter, and then create reports for each program to find at-risk or struggling students.

Flashpoint is a small liberal arts college that specializes in careers in the arts. It was my overwhelming joy to manage the Digital Art and Animation program as well as the Graphic Design and Interactive Media program at Flashpoint College. • While in this role, I was part of the team the moved the college from ACICS to WASC accreditation. I created reports used for internal performance reviews, wrote system manuals for my programs and reviewed all curriculum and revised it as needed• I used Canvas to run daily and weekly reports to monitor my online and on-ground student performance. This allowed me to be on top of all issues. I was able to train all of the chairs to use Canvas in this manner, and it made retention reporting a lot easier and more accurate. The reports from Canvas were then put into Excel and used for forecasting and predictive measures of how a student may perform i.e., based on participation and length time in the classroom• Oversite of all staffing needs• Oversight and management of departmental and online budgets• Student scheduling and advising • Academic Reporting

When I was hired, we created and launched a fully functional way of delivering online courses for Flashpoint College. • Led the development of strategies for course development and the implementation of these strategies from concept to completion• It was my full responsibility to be sure all classes were uploaded correctly, and students were in the classes successfully• Ensure that the content was imported as needed and manage or make any corrections as needed• Handled student enrollments and ran reports that were used for our weekly retention meetings. I would also run activity/participation reports so we could monitor our students. We used Blackboard at first and transitioned to Canvas. During this transition, I moved all classes from Blackboard and imported them into Canvas. • Manage student enrollment in courses via Excel CSV file(Blackboard and Canvas)• Create and Manage classes in the LMS(Blackboard and Canvas)• Create the overall flow and architecture of the courses• Quality control over courses before releasing them to instructors• Run weekly meetings with instructors and program chairs • Directed a a team of writers and course creators/producers
