Provide consultative services to commercial clients in enterprise risk management and risk financing. Provide expertize and guidance on property and casualty insurance, risk transfer, contract management, vendor management, regulatory compliance, complex claims, litigation, business continuity planning and emergency operations. Implemented a wide variety of risk mechanisms including captive insurance programs, surety products, Risk Information Management Systems, self-insured retentions, vehicle and driver telematics, loss cost forecasting, master insurance programs and Total Cost of Risk. Work directly with insurance markets and underwriters to create effective solutions and insurance programs.

Manage a Master Insurance Program for multi-family housing with $785 million in total insurable value. Responsible for all corporate insurance including procurement, coverage selection, renewals, applications, and premium audits. Additional responsibilities include: litigation management, claims reporting and claims management for all lines, vendor management and implementation of an integrated insurance credentialing vendor, managing an integrated renters insurance program, worker safety, loss prevention, environmental compliance and oversight of national facilities management.

Led the Risk Management department including achieving an 80% reduction in worker’s compensation losses, implemented an integrated renters insurance solution, integrated vendor management and insurance credentialing, developed claims reporting and claims management, developed and implemented national safety programs and emergency operations procedures, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, contract review, and media relations with a focus toward reducing and insuring against foreseeable losses for Pinnacle and its' clients.

Conduct in-depth risk assessments covering fire prevention, worker safety, environmental protection, general and automotive liability, lab safety, and hazardous materials to identify key exposures at each of the District’s 17 locations and then reduce those exposures through collaboration, insurance, engineering controls, training and education, development of safety programs and materials, and District policy.

Managed the Security, Guest Services, and Maintenance departments at the Prescott Gateway Mall and was responsible for hiring, training and developing employees, administrating departmental budgets, OSHA and EPA compliance, crisis management procedures, evacuation plans, safety committee, and premise liability.

Directed SIU investigations covering worker's compensation, general liability, automobile liability, corporate theft; additionally, I investigated, compiled and referred multiple cases to the Arizona Department of Insurance, and the Attorney General's office for prosecution of criminal insurance fraud.
