Mike is now supporting Holtec Government Services as the Vice President of Construction. After retiring as URS/THOR Treatment Technologies President, Mike McNamara returned to Holtec International as the Vice President of Civil Engineering Design and Construction in the Nuclear Power Division. He was also the former president and GM of the Engineered Products Division of URS, the now divested manufacturer of the TRUPACT Fleet of vessels. He has spent a decade in NPP construction early in his career, a dozen years as a civil/structural engineer and manager for Northeast Utilities at Millstone, a decade in the DOE environment (liquid waste) and another decade in all facets of commercial nuclear spent fuel storage. His demonstrated abilities in the nuclear environment, leadership skills, business acumen and extensive experience position Mike to continue nuclear executive leadership. Throughout his career Mike has demonstrated success in assuring profitability, while keeping workers and the environment in a safe condition.
