I have a master's degree in software development from Queen's University Belfast and a master's degree in applied psychology from Ulster University. I am currently a trainee functional consultant at Giveclarity.org Ltd, a Salesforce consultancy for nonprofits. I have core competencies in problem solving, communication, and pressure situations, as well as certifications in Salesforce administration and business analysis.In my previous role as a mental health coach at Spectrum.Life, I provided solutions to clients' needs and improved their wellbeing and quality of life. I engaged in continuous professional development and shared knowledge and information with my team. I also supported the delivery of a social and pastoral program for students at Ulster University as a ResLife coordinator. I am passionate about using my skills and experience to help nonprofits achieve their missions and goals.
