We stand ready to support organizations in a time of unprecedented challenges, contributing to strengthen Switzerland as a business location.Since joining McKinsey in 2004, I am advising clients in the Life Sciences and Industrial Sectors in Europe, the United States and Asia on innovation-driven growth, corporate portfolio management, M&A, post merger management/integration, operating model design, productivity & performance improvement as well as digital & advanced analytics transformations.Before being elected as Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company Switzerland, I led McKinsey’s Life Sciences Research & Development sub-practice and oversaw talent attraction in Switzerland with a focus to engage diverse top talent with a broad set of backgrounds.Beyond that, I am a board member of Economiesuisse, the Swiss business federation, Avenir Suisse, a liberal think tank for economic and social issues, and Vi Partners, a venture capital fund stimulating entrepreneurship in Switzerland.
