Responsible for creative direction of global branding at CA Technologies. Create and deploy new campaigns, messaging, brand assets and guidelines. Expand brand’s reach to cover all distribution channels, touch-points and formats. Design and develop illustration styles, event/booth designs, targeted marketing campaigns, infographics, video graphics, documents, templates, and web, email, social and promotional artwork. Work with executive management to ensure the brand is represented accurately and consistently across all aspectsof the business worldwide. Built trust throughout the global organization that increased demand on the creative services team year over year. Managed upwards of 2,000 creative requests and brand reviews each year in support of marketing, partner programs, UI/UX teams,education, finance, HR and executives. Proposed new technology to create greater global scalability, awareness, and reach to accurately tell the “CA story.”Key Achievements:• Created new brand guidelines and assets for print, web, mobile, video, presentation, events and social media used by the internal team and global agency partners.• Aligned creative for CA’s business units and all internal departments to create brand consistency and bring greater value to all marketing initiatives.• Mentored and managed internal design team and all external agencies and copywriters to work within the brands guidance to continue enhance CA’s position.• Directed creative for CA World, executive programs at CA World, CA World Expo and all analyst events - Covering print, digital, online marketing, social media, presentation, and venue design.• Directed and integrated over 20 acquisitions, including creation of all day-1 and day-2 deliverables. • Took ownership of CA’s global creative assets and collateral libraries to bring consistency and scalability to all branded work.• Helped implement a digital asset management (DAM) system to distribute and leverage assets globally.
