The following responsibilities are in addition to the duties of my previous role.Lead team of peers in project management and delegation of tasks. Conduct one-on-one meetings with team of CST Peers. Manage the WIW scheduling system on a weekly basis. Present student concerns in policy meetings with faculty and professional advising teams. Support the Peer Support Team with over CST Peer Team morale, quality control, and assistance in various tasks. Organize and lead various trainings. Serve as a member of the CST Peer Position Selection Committee.

Have a general knowledge of Temple University policies, services, and procedures. The College of Science and Technology (CST) peer navigator needs to understand all of the different majors, minors, and certificates offered by CST. Assist students through email, phone, and virtual services regarding academic questions. Help support professional advisors with events such as: New Student and Transfer Orientation, Graduation, Open House, and Experience Temple Days. Interact professionally with staff, students, and faculty. Manage student files, make campus wide deliveries, and perform general office duties.

Within this role, the 4 directors (myself included) oversaw the day to day operations of the Kids University summer camp. The job involved planning out activities, trips, and supervising both the kids and counselors.
