Currently developing a Microsoft Teams app for Disaster Tech’s Pratus™. This app unlocks the collaboration capabilities of Microsoft Teams for emergency, disaster, and resiliency management. As architect and developer, I’m focusing on features that facilitate the creation of incident-specific Team sites, foster collaboration with stakeholders, ensure secure document sharing, and provide conversational AI updates via the Pratus Bot, all within the Teams environment.

Working with Microsoft's most strategic and compete partners on the Modern Work team in the Global Partner Solutions (GPS) organization. I help partners build Cloud practices, develop solutions on Microsoft 365, and train their technical teams to be successful.

Northwest Enterprise Group

Worked with Microsoft's largest enterprise customers in the Northwest helping them evaluate, prove value, and transition to Office 365. I led technical and strategy briefings as well as architectural design sessions and pilots to remove technical blockers so our sales team could win business.

Made Associate Partner and served as Technology Discipline Director where I helped lead our SharePoint practice to win Microsoft’s IW Solutions, Portals and Collaboration Partner of the Year. Responsible in part for recruiting, employee professional development, utilization, and profitability for over 80 developers and testers. In addition to practice lead, I architected and led development teams to build numerous large-scale intranet and extranet portals.
