Wilshire Capital is private real estate investment and management platform that invests in the capital structures of distressed or opportunistic real assets.I helped launch the company with my former colleagues from Broadway Partners, and formed partnerships with private equity firms to successfully acquire several mezzanine and B-Piece loans from servicers and investors. I also helped create all the business development materials for the company, including investment memoranda and pitch books with case studies and economic support.

Broadway is a global real estate investment, development, and property management firm with over $15 billion of assets acquired over a ten year span.I executed over $2 billion of value-added real estate office acquisitions and assumed a major role in the asset management of Broadway’s West Coast portfolio. I went on to co-found Broadway's European investment platform in Paris, where we explored both traditional and emerging market acquisitions.
