Primary Focus:Provide support to hosting customers on inbound chats and tickets. Act as the first point of contact and provide professional consultation to customers. Daily interactions range from questions about current products/services and/or consultation of new purchases. Effectively respond and provide information to customers regarding new offerings, contract extension options, and attempts to cross-sell additional products/services.Primary Duties: - Support Windows and Linux environments- Manage and troubleshoot with: FTP, cPanel, Plesk and MySQL.- Expertise in the movement of website content via the file transfer protocol. - Excellent computer skills specifically using a CRM database system- Handle issues pertaining to customer service questions, researching and providing solutions of moderate complexity rather than escalating problems that can be resolved at the first point of contact- Research and investigate issues using multiple systems is required- Identify and resolve customer concerns related to Hosting products and services- Ability to consult with a customer on their business needs by matching our products and/or solutions to their online goals.

Primary Purpose and Essential Functions: To coordinate and implement systems to maximize the utilization of Swift's assets while working in an assigned customer's environment.- Lead on-site operations at the customer facility; perform Planning, Driver Management and/or Customer Service functions.- Communicate effectively and professionally with assigned customer personnel on all levels while developing positive and solid relationships to enhance growth. Maintain an understanding of and demonstrate customer service processes; communicate daily with responsible Swift planning centers to ensure customer commitments are being met.- Assist in collecting and maintaining current customer information in the system.Work with all Swift internal departments to resolve customer or company issues when necessary.- Learn customer's in-house processes and systems to better facilitate on-site operations and increase efficiency; educate customer on Swift and transportation operations.- Serve as an on-site daily extension of Sales to expand business revenue by exploring all dedicated, rail, and logistics opportunities with Customers.- Generate appropriate reports regarding service, OS&D, accessorial, ETC to assist in evaluating cost factors associated with business.- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.- Perform any other responsibilities as required by leadership or customer.

Deliver freight from Walmart distribution center in Rock Falls, IL to Walmart stores throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Indiana.
