Management of 600 IT staff with full responsibility of the entire application portfolio including commercial applications, call centres, leading edge internet banking (rated number one by the Lafferty Group) and many other core applications. Responsible for the management of several 100 projects as well as an IT expenditure budget of several CHF 100m. Key achievements in the first year were the implementation of a flexible project oriented organisation, reduction of staff fluctuation by 50%, introduction of a tight project controlling and risk assessment, definition and implementation of a business oriented IT strategy / architecture. A further key success from an IT perspective was the design, realisation and implementation of “Youtrade” the newly launched discount bank of Credit Suisse within 5 months. In early 1999, acceptance into the 100 top performers programme of Credit Suisse.

European Partner with responsibility for all major Information Technology assignments carried out in Financial Services in Switzerland as well as to build up key competencies in the area of Financial Services and IT.
