In October 2009 at 19 yrs old, I worked as a welder at a steel fabrication company in Bolton, Ontario. This job had me working long hours and often times on weekends, which left me feeling run down and exhausted. Although I didn't realize at the time, I was working in an extremely toxic environment. Working in that environment along with poor food choices caused me to feel sick and gain unwanted body fat. I was also subjected to workplace bullying from fellow co-workers. At this point in my life a lot of changes occurred. I quit my job and joined a local gym to get my health back and at the same time, began using a supplement line my father had great experience with. In my first 6 months of training, I had dropped body fat and gained 20lbs of lean muscle. Soon after I had made this life changing transformation, I was scouted by a photographer who asked me to join a team of 8 other models for the Toronto International Film Festival where I modeled in front of many celebrities. This experience on stage motivated me to start training for my first bodybuilding competition. 3 and a half years later and training 6-7 days a week with a flawless diet, I flew out to Las Vegas and competed in the WBFF Amateur World Championship where I won 1st place earning my pro card. 2 years later at only 25 years old, I competed in my first professional World Championship against the best in the fitness industry. This has ignited my passion for health and fitness and am now dedicated to helping people around the world to reach their personal goals.
