 Primary responsibilities includes: Manage 11 crew members, Superintendents questions and concerns, coordinated vacation requests, hiring and firing as required, schedule contractors. Secondary, I am responsible for ensuring all Fire Safety policies and regulations are maintained, inspect building current conditions and perform preventative maintenance as needed for 6 properties with a total of 11 buildings, update company data records on the property, schedule deficiencies repairs. Other tasks include, but not limited to: drywall install and repair, minor electrical and plumbing, painting, renovating, installing base boards, lock repair and installations, cleaning. I correspondingly troubleshoot sump pumps, booster pumps, appliances, HVAC systems, and boiler issues.

 As Live-in Maintenance Floater, I was responsible to oversee and handle issues of an 130 unit building, during both regular working hours as well as on call.  My other duties included inventory control, equipment maintenance, ensure Fire Safety regulations and polices are followed correctly and unforeseen issues as needed.  Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair; Perform minor repairs on appliances, clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.

In this roll i worked as a subcontractor doing home renovations. During this time i did everything from whole kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, whole house renovations, window installations, roofing, building decks, ect...
