Working in RBC's Investment Banking Group in Charlotte, NC, Mr. Parrish provided traditional investment banking advisory services for middle market clients (annual revenues of $10-$500 million) in buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, private placements, strategic advisory services, management buyouts, recapitalizations, acquisition financing and divesture opportunities. While at RBC, Mr. Parrish gained extensive knowledge and experience managing complex transactions within the healthcare, foodservice, energy, construction, agricultural, consumer products and financial services sectors. He has gained first hand experience in all aspects of M&A, private placement and debt transactions including: managing the preparation of financial models and business valuations; conducting company and industry-specific due diligence; preparation of CIM’s, management presentations, pitch books and other marketing materials; development and cultivation of client relationships; and developing deal-specific candidate lists for M&A, private placement and debt transactions based on the appetite and investment criteria of a number of private equity groups, venture capital firms, hedge funds, mezzanine lenders, senior lenders and private investors across the globe.
