Managed 3 - 7 Districts and a team of LP Agents/Supervisors. Conduct investigations and interviews while proactively monitoring controls and processes to identify loss. Surveillance territory for 8 stores in St. Louis metro. Responsible for recruiting and the timely training of new hires on LP policies and procedure, including all new LP agent hires.
