I spearheaded the creation and implementation of brand identities for diverse B2B & B2C departments within the Chamber, ensuring each had their own distinct identity. This involved liaising with the various departments, gathering briefings, and effectively managing each project from inception to completion, fostering crucial partnerships with external companies and suppliers to ensure all deadline were met. Additionally, I meticulously managed the company's asset, imagery, and template library to guarantee consistent brand representation across all teams, training staff of all levels and specialties on how to implement and utilise the company branding guidelines. Moreover, I managed the Chamber's social media presence and website CMS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information and imagery.I played a pivotal role in organising and executing region-wide events, including the conception, branding, launch, and management of events such as the St Helens Expo and St Helens Borough Business Awards whilst, representing the Chamber at these events. Furthermore, I was involved in the hiring and development of the marketing team alongside the marketing team leader. Notably, I successfully managed the company's marketing efforts during a transitional phase, operating as the sole team member.

As the sole graphic designer, I was responsible for providing creative support to a range of clients from multi-billion dollar multinationals, to independent entrepreneurial technology companies. I regularly worked on design, layout and typesetting for a range of on and offline materials including; flyers, brochures, case studies, event materials, edms, websites, landing pages, adverts. I was also involved in developing visual identities and brand guidelines, as well as creative concepts for individual business units and campaigns.Here I developed my skills and learnt how to take briefings from clients and internal teams, for often highly technical products and services. I also became experienced in translating and implementing brand guidelines across multiple tools suitable for different audiences and regions.

I spent two months working freelance on an infographic based project for Manchester based studio ‘Neomam’. The studio approached me to create an interactive HTML based infographic from scratch, including reseach, copywriting, design and production. Two versions of the infographic were created for the project: an online version and a e-zine based version for use on tablet devices.
