About Michael Parsons

With the help of my team, SMTP Energy, LLC was founded to further push the boundaries of the energy sector, leveraging my competencies in team building to foster an environment ripe for innovation and growth. Our mission is to deliver solutions that not only drive the industry forward but also reflect our dedication to excellence and transformative impact. I personally have over 25 years in the oil and gas sector. Currently we are raising $8.8M to develop a potential 30-50M BOE oil field in shallow waters of 6-10 feet offshore Louisiana. We expect to be fully funded by end of the year which will also provide a 75-80% 2024 tax write-off.
