As an Automation Product Manager, I am responsible for the TMH line of automated solutions. This entails supporting new products through the release process, tracking the performance of current units, as well as providing recommendations of future products through extensive competitive analysis and market forecasting.

In this role, I was responsible for designing and supporting large, automated assembly cells through all phases of the projects. This entails extensive 2D and 3D CAD work, researching and benchmarking cutting edge technology, hands-on troubleshooting of the cells, and debugging support. I also was responsible for the suggestion and purchase of a large-format 3D printer, as well as creating extensive 3D printing guideline literature for the company.

For this role, it was my responsibility to maintain a constant line of communication with the customers to ensure a positive experience. While making and serving craft cocktails was a large part of the position, this role provided valuable experience in communication and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
