With over ten years of work experience as a quality manager in the plasma industry, I have developed and implemented quality systems, validations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency. As a quality assurance manager at ImmunoTek, I oversaw the quality operations of multiple plasma centers, conducted audits and inspections, and trained and mentored quality staff. As a center quality manager at BPL Plasma, I managed the quality program of a high-volume plasma center, coordinated with regulatory agencies, and resolved quality issues. My core competencies include quality system management, validation planning and execution, SOP development and review, quality audit and inspection, and quality training and coaching. I am passionate about improving the quality and performance of plasma products and services, and contributing to the health and well-being of plasma donors and recipients.
