They have deep contacts outside SEA to people of significant influence. Collectively we have diverse perspectives and experiences, with each of us having worked in different countries and cultures, and having a background in banking, law, and finance. We are responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing hotel investment deals, as well as managing the existing portfolio of client assets.Asset light approaches are also a key element of our business. It’s important to include the current funders and banks in the strategic to provide confidence and to demonstrate initiative from our clients.
