Responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for Harbor Group. Typical job duties include: - Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes - Overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals - Identifying new market opportunities - Working with information engineers to find solutions to manage business activities - Supervising a team of workers, while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors - Researching and recommending new products - Leading efforts to improve IT processes

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning and implementation of project. - Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables. - Manage and deliver communications to key stakeholders. - Define project tasks and resource requirements - The development full scale project plans - Assemble and coordinate project staff - Manage project budget, resource allocation - Plan and schedule project timelines - Perform quality control on project deliverables using appropriate tools - Provide direction and support to project team - Perform quality assurance on processes to ensure effectiveness - Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders - Present reports defining project risks, solutions, and progress - Perform integrated change control for all changes to scope baseline - Perform lessons learned and project evaluations at project closure Project Management role is involved in projects covering a broad spectrum of technologies including structured cabling, collaboration, cloud + datacenter, security, networking, standard HW + SW, managed services, lifecycle services, and IPVS.Business markets include, but are not limited to State and Local Government and Education (SLED), Healthcare, enterprise, small and midsize business.
