Core4Labs is an innovative direct to consumer blood lab testing service to help athletes find hidden nutrient related impediments to their optimal performance and direct them to appropriate, simple, safe and proven solutions.

-Technical Lead and Agile Project Manager supporting the maintenance and development of existing and new systems for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). -Manage a team of up to 18 Developers, Business Analysts, and Testers for 6 Major contracts worth approximately $13 million. Responsible for planning, requirements gathering, development, architecture/design, client management, client deliverables, staffing, and progress reporting.-All contracts were delivered under budget and ahead of schedule.-Lead the team building a cloud based Electronic Records Archive for NARA, including the ability for agencies to upload records directly, archivists to process those objects in place once received, reliable permanent storage of the records, and a full featured search solution for retrieving records.-Led the team performing major enhancements to the NARA Online Public Access (OPA) search engine.-Major contributor to 11 successful federal contract proposals totalling $20.5 million in contract awards for IBM. Responsible for coordinating the proposal team, effort estimates, proposed schedule creation, writing major sections, and review of proposals.-Project awarded IBM “Project of the Year” 2014 across all IBM projects globally.-Evaluator or Reviewer for 14 team member’s Employee Performance Reviews.-Led the effort to move both the client and the IBM team to a Agile delivery methodology.-Designed and implemented a usage reporting application that warehouses website usage data across many servers and generates meaningful reports based on the data.

Was responsible for both data management and software development tasks for a large scale federally funded study. Performed statistical analysis to create norms, monitor data quality and analyze data. Was responsible for the cleaning and organization of data and the supervision of others to complete these tasks accurately and efficiently. Created applications to help automate many data management tasks including organizing, cleaning and interpreting large scale data sets. Was part of the software development team for a web based application that collects Neuropsychological data on participants.

Assisted in designing study measures and data collection procedures for a study of over 750 families. Installed and implemented computer software and hardware to assist in data collection. Worked directly with both adult and child participants in a clinical setting. Recruitment of probands and relatives. Constructed database for storing and creating family pedigrees using Progeny software. Administered various tests on both adult and child participants to obtain research data.
