About Michael Coyne

I am the Former Chief Financial Officer at BoxLock, Inc., the leading supply chain access control platform. I have the privilege of working with this dynamic group of employees, board of directors, investors and other business partners to deliver a tangible return to our customers, providing access, security, velocity, and visibility throughout their supply chains. As CFO, I led the financial functions, including accounting, fp&a, capital raising, financial reporting, and treasury for this high growth company, and work with the team in areas such as strategy, customer contracts, and inventory management. We are at the center of a lot of exciting trends in supply chain, transportation & logistics, and more importantly, providing unique solutions for our customers.Prior to joining BoxLock, my background includes 19 years in transportation & logistics investment banking, followed by finance and strategy positions at public and private equity-backed companies, and working closely as an advisor to private equity firms and companies in the supply chain industry. Over the course of my career, I have completed over 140 capital raising and merger & acquisition advisory transactions, worth over $54 billion, managed a $1.1 billion bank credit portfolio, and have worked with private equity and venture capital investors to complete five principal investment transactions worth over $900 million.Launched in 2017, BoxLock's innovative supply chain access control platform is helping companies quickly and cost effectively realize transformative efficiencies in the first, middle and final mile of their supply chain.
