Lead the effort to minimize undesired results and or process disruption. - Identify and document downstream impacts to existing processes when they are identified.- Act as a liason and facilitator between the business, IT partners to ensure productive communication. Ensure that the right statkeholders are involved in the right decisions. - Recommend alternative solutions with an end to end view where potential conflict is identified. - Create or assist with IT concept where required. - Represent/advocate for the business to our vendors where required.- Create/Communicate status reports and updates.
