Current- Manages a team of Research Coordinators that manages the highest volume of user experience research coordination across the globe which constitutes 30%of the global research while maintaining 98% researcher satisfaction score- Directly coordinates with stakeholders and ensures that projects are on time, on budget, and within the quality parameters set for the participant recruitment- Ensures timely delivery and turnover of research participants of team members- Creates reports to product stakeholders (CHEX team), and conducts bi-monthlyand quarterly reviews to ensure that the program is thriving and issues areresolved on grass root level- Conducts daily project standup calls to monitor timely delivery- Conducts research coordinator coachings to ensure scorecards and qualitativefeedback are shared, and concerns are addressed- Supports Operations Manager to create weekly business reviews by pulling updata from different sources and creating valuable insights for the team- Creates Root Cause Analysis and creation of corrective and preventive actions
