Led a team of integrated analysts and police officers from across Nova Scotia, Corrections and CBSA. Supported law enforcement efforts to prevent, detect, reduce and disrupt serious and organized crime. Managed the NS Outlaw Motorcycle Gang (OMG) Intelligence program for four years.

Led a municipal police service with 74 employees and an annual budget of $7 million; served three municipalities and two First Nations with 55,000 residents over 2200 square kilometres. Realigned four detachments into one cohesive team through consultations with employees and stakeholders.

Managed a uniformed police service of 84 employees with an annual budget of $8 million; served 12 communities and 40,000 residents, most of whom were First Nations. Community policing was the overarching focus of the police service. Managed the Critical Incident Program and led the coordination, management and response to critical incidents, i.e. barricaded persons and public unrest.
