Responsible for all projects, this included management of construction projects as well as new equipment. Scoping, selecting , installing and final handover and training of technical and operational staff on new equipment.Responsible for all facility requirements - steam, power and water purification.Responsible for all food safety with regards to equipment maintenance and design.Responsible for all health and safety requirements of the operational sites.
