As a Director at Oberon Securities, a leading middle/lower middle market investment bank nearing it's 400th transaction, I advise privately held clients predominantly in the insights, data and analytics industry on buy and sell-side M&A transactions and capital raises. With over four years of experience at Oberon and multiple successful transactions completed, I have developed a deep understanding of the market dynamics, trends, and valuation drivers in this growing and evolving sector.In addition to my investment banking role, I also serve as a Fractional CFO at Numerious, as well as Carter JMRN. In these two strategic finance roles, I support both organizations in data-driven decision making, planning, and growth strategy, as well as financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.Furthermore, I am an Associate Board Member at the Marketing Research Education Foundation, a nonprofit organization that educates and supports children and youth worldwide through the market research community.
