Having been assigned projects that had been at risk or placed on hold pending restart. It has been an imperative to not only to be proactive in understanding the current project state but also how to best improve Stakeholder relationships in these circumstances. This necessitates the gaining of stakeholder and team confidence & provides a seamless transition leading to a successful delivery outcome fit for purpose.
