• Supervise crews• hold daily job box meeting’s• fill out jsa, fill out time sheets• evaluate employees• communicate with other craft supervisors• plan lifts to be made• complete critical lift forms• flag cranes• swing jibs on telescoping cranes• assemble and disassemble lattice boom crawler cranes• inspect all rigging, inventory rigging• build spreader bars• flag cranes on all critical or crucial lifts• assist hands with rigging pipe, iron, and equipment when short handed or when needed• set cranes where needed• operate forklifts, operate track hoe• flag crane by hand and radio• bull rig• read drawings• communicate with client about completion dates on setting or receiving equipment and material • attend weekly supervision meetings• hold daily job box meetings
