First of all, I would like to thank you for viewing my profile.Previously I was an Associate Technical Consultant working for Servicenow. Prior to that I completed the ServiceNow NextGen DoD Skillbridge fellowship where I learned ITSM, SNPI, and SN Fundamentals. Also, I am pursuing CompTIA A+, Network +, and Security + certifications through ACI learning.Additionally, I am a prior service member with 22 years of experience in the follwing disciplines, leadership, resource management, emergency management, and aircraft support equipment technician. Prior to retiring from the Air Force I served as the Command Post Director specializing in the emergency management career field that centered around emergency mass notifications systems, emergency notifications to first responders, and support agencies, and the coordination of aircraft support, secure/unsecured communications systems, and evacuation and reconstitution of people, aircraft and equipment.
