CfoInvitation Homes Aug 2012 - Apr 2014Dallas, Texas, Us- Set up $10bn groundbreaking USA single family real estate funds for Blackstone, working closely with UK based CEO of IH. IH grew during this time from initial start up to over 50,000 homes owned, employing 1,500 people, with over $6bn of debt and $4bn of equity.- Most senior executive based in IH’s Dallas head office, the role included leading the asset management function, finance, IT, debt and capital markets, and being the key CEO advisor and on the ground support across all other business functions. - Completed the partnership/fund set up, management LTIP negotiations, groundbreaking $6bn debt warehouse financing facility negotiations and taxation analysis as lead negotiator from business.- Negotiated first of its kind single family securitisation with sizeable AAA strip priced at L+115bps, and all in cost up to 75% LTV of L+166bps.
