Re-evaluating all office and Customer Service duties, eliminating waste and putting in place best practices to provide excellent service and drive sales .Editor of the monthly instore newsletter, The Barrel, which is focused on current product, employee recognition, community activism and corporate directives. Process and track Designer Rewards and New Movers Program applicants and present sales numbers for the programs at monthly business meetings. Responsible for training new management hires and sales associates as well as writing yearly performance reviews and goal setting.
