• Commissioning of Metcalf Energy Center 600 MW combined cycle power plant.• Operate and maintain a 600 MW natural gas combined cycle power plant consisting of two Siemens 501FD gas turbines and a KN steam turbine.• Use standard operating procedures to start/stop the plant from the DCS control system (Siemens TXP).• Conduct facility water treatment chemistry testing.• Make adjustments to keep system process variables such as flows, temperatures and pressure within acceptable ranges.• Detect potential and actual problems and take corrective action to prevent the interruption of system operations.

• Troubleshot, repaired and maintained the USS Decatur (DDG 73) propulsion systems and its subsystems.• Conducted corrective and preventive maintenance on propulsion auxiliary equipment, four LM2500 marine gas turbine engines and three Allison AG 9140.• Interpreted technical drawings in the form of schematics, blueprints and charts.
