I continued to manage the Civil, In-grounds & External Works and Community Buildings, including the production of the 3D Modular Precast Cells off site.CRPP comprises the construction of a 1248-bed male maximum security prison which will separately accommodate mainstream, protection, remand and sentenced prisoners. The project was constructed by John Holland as Managing Contractor on behalf of the Department of Justice and Community Safety Victoria.Calvary Adelaide Hospital (CAH) South AustraliaD&C Contract, $345 MillionProject Manager / Site ManagerMy role on Calvary Adelaide Hospital encompassed the planning, delivery and management of all relevant scopes for the construction of the project, including the co-coordination of commissioning for occupancy.CAH replaces the former Calvary Wakefield and Calvary Rehabilitation hospitals, making it the largest private hospital in South Australia. It has capacity for 344 beds, 16 operating theatres (including a custom-designed Hybrid Theatre) and houses the State’s only privately-owned 24-hour emergency department.Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH)D&C, $1.2 BillionSite ManagerMy role on Perth Children’s Hospital included the planning, delivery and management of all relevant scopes for the construction, commissioning and planned preventative maintenance of the hospital. PCH is a state-of-the-art, 298-bed hospital facility, which has replaced Princess Margaret Hospital (PMH) as Western Australia’s specialist paediatric hospital and trauma center, providing medical care to children and adolescents up to 16 years of age. The facility provides treatment for the most serious medical cases as well as secondary services including inpatient, outpatient and day-stay care.

Coordinating day to day site activities to ensure that assigned tasks are completed to a high standard, in accordance with project specifications and providing weekly status reports.

Project management of all building and construction works, for the City of Joondalup Council. Development of long-­term maintenance planning and short-­term maintenance activities. Management of design and contracts to all capital works additions, refurbishments and new builds. Ensured all council buildings comply with relevant statutory regulations, and approved procedures and Codes of Practice.
